A group of police officers are holding Rajinikanth down on a table in a dimly lit interrogation room. The lead officer commands the other officers to hit him with a baton, but they all refuse one by one, giving personal excuses about why they can't do it.
This template is used when a leader or boss tries to get their team to do something, but everyone finds a pathetic, spineless excuse to avoid doing the actual work. It captures the essence of a workplace revolt where nobody wants to get their hands dirty.
