In a dark, outdoor scene, a man in a blue t-shirt confronts a man in a white kurta, poking a finger at his face. The man in the blue shirt shouts at him, calling him a 'kamine' (scoundrel/bastard), to which the man in the white kurta responds by aggressively taking off his shoe to hit him.
This scene is used to mock someone who is being a complete idiot, jerk, or has just admitted to doing something shady or annoying. It's the ultimate 'yeah, I did it, so what?' reaction when someone calls you out on your bullshit.
